01 — Scope first
Before a line of code gets written, we write up exactly what’s going to be built and what it costs. You approve it or you don’t. Nothing starts without a yes. That means we’ve actually talked through the problem before we’ve started solving it — which is most of the work anyway.
02 — AI in the build
We use AI heavily in how we work — writing code, documentation, catching errors. Things that used to take a week take a day or two. You get the benefit of that speed in what you’re charged. The output is the same; the cost is lower.
03 — QA built in
Everything we build goes through QA — manual review plus automated checks that run whenever something changes. If a future update breaks something, we catch it before you do. It also makes things easier to extend or hand off later — anyone coming in can see what’s supposed to happen and verify it still does.

A marketing agency had left the site broken in the middle of a hosting migration. The previous developer was gone, the platform was down, and nobody knew why. Diagnosed the root cause, stabilized it, and took over development.
From there: rebuilt the inventory integration, added a dropship channel that lets retail customers list the wholesaler’s products on their own sites and submit orders back automatically. Millions of dollars in orders have moved through it without anyone in the middle. Six years later the engagement is still active — this is the one we point to when someone asks what we do.

An AI agent can pull full context from a single file. The property can be managed or handed off without a call to the owner.
